Laurel Design Alliance, Inc. provided design and construction administration services for this 9,000 sq. ft. three story office building. The site is located in a 100 year old flood plain, which necessitated designing the building on stilts. To maximize the utilization of the site the parking is also accommodated below the stilt area.

The building's limited foot print necessitated that the staircases and elevator be placed on the perimeter so as to have a contiguous cohesive space in the middle. The exterior of the building is treated with brick face compatible with existing buildings on the site. The continuous ribbon windows provide abundant natural light for the interior medical suites.
