LDA provided a programming and feasibility study for a 130,000 square feet addition to the existing facility. The addition would consolidate various departments located around the city of Baltimore into one building. This would increase efficiency within the organization and provide the required security for storing critical data at a centralized location. Interior layouts of the various departments were placed based upon the interaction with the general public.
Various parking options were also studied for the project because of the limited size of the site. Parking structure layouts which were considered which needed to be remote from the proposed building envelope due to safety concerns.
